We are part of the Absolute Taste Group based in Bicester and we’re delighted to provide the hospitality for the Gateway Conference Centre.

At Fresh Start we love food, how it’s produced and most importantly how it tastes!

Food is at the heart of everything we do. Our passion for promoting fresh, local and seasonal produce makes The Gateway Conference Centre a perfect place for us to indulge and showcase all that we do.

Every function is unique, and we encourage customers to share their ideas with us so we can make bespoke menus for your function.

Whilst the food is such a huge part of conference, presentation and styling is equally as important to us and with exciting canvas to play with, our array of rustic wooden boards, quirky copper dishes and vintage crockery certainly feel right at home.

From your initial booking, to having a ‘menu chat’ or even indulging in an optional tasting day, we are there to guide you through the whole journey.

Our chefs have a wonderfully fresh and exciting approach to their work combined with endless enthusiasm so whether you would like a three-course plated meal, hot/cold fork buffet or one of our pop up’s Bruschetta bar, Paella bar, English allotment salad bar or Sushi bar we can do it all!
